It's amazing how quick the tables can turn. Game 1, the Spurs looked as if they met their match. Game 2, it looked as if they didn't have a match to begin with. Spurs went into halftime with a 10 point lead, then came out and extended the lead by a nice margin. Kawhi lead the way scoring 34 points, 7 rebounds, 8 assist, 3 steals with 1 block. LaMarcus Aldridge & Paul Gasol showed up along side Tony Parker as the difference makers. Tony Parker injured his left leg after having such a dynamic all around game scoring 18 points. Aldridge performance this game was much needed, seeing that in Game 1 he didn't do much damage. Even though he only scored points, him and Gasol combined for 21 rebounds and 6 blocked shots.
Though James Harden had 10 assists, he was held to only 13 points this game, shooting a lousy 3-17 (17.6%) from the field. No one on their team scored 20 points. Their defense was horrific as the Spurs were able to have their way with them. I don't see this series going more than 6 games. Though the series may go back and fourth, the Spurs should have this one in the bag. What's your take on this series?
